Hi. I am Prateek, and I am a postgraduate student at the University of Warwick. Currently, I am working on my research project, situational awareness for automated vehicles. My professional experience in the field of software development has been 2.5 years as an automotive embedded software developer at Lear Corporation, where I mostly worked on innovation projects, as a member of the Advanced Engineering team.

I have also taught undergraduates and senior secondary students the concepts of data structures, C language, Python, operating systems, and embedded technologies like AVR and ARM based devices which are widely used in the robotics field.

I see teaching programming and related frameworks as my hobby than a job. I make sure my students get a complete basic understanding and I give them assignments/activities which can improve their critical thinking ability and they can become independent developers. Learning to code requires constant practice so my lectures are mainly consisting of hands-on tutorials. I always try to make my lectures and training entertaining and engaging, by using relevant examples as per the age group and by discussing the latest trends that students can relate to.

Currently, I am available post 5PM on weekdays and post 9AM on weekends.
