I am an experienced personal tutor of English Literature at GCSE, A-Level and even university level. I am also happy to help out with creative writing and university admissions for English Literature. I have been tutoring since 2015 and all my tutees have achieved fantastic final grades. One tutee even achieved the first A* in the history of his school for his A-Level, having previously been predicted a C.

 

I graduated from Durham University with first-class honours and a prize for the best work on Restoration and eighteenth-century literature in my cohort in 2016. I then completed my Master's degree in English Literature at Oxford University in 2017. Since graduation, I have worked for some of the UK's most prestigious publishers (including Bloomsbury, Macmillan and HarperCollins) on educational resources for schools and universities. This includes liaising with exam boards to form a deep understanding of mark schemes and specification requirements.
