I am a year 1 student in MPharm Pharmacy at UCL. I got an A* in Mathematics and an A in Chemistry at A-level at Nottingham College and I am passionate about being a Maths/ Chemistry tutor. I believe that the grades that I have gotten at A-level in the UK proves my ability and knowledge to be a tutor for both GCSE students and A-level students. I used to be a Maths tutor for primary and secondary students and an English tutor for various age brackets on an online tutor platform for six months in my country. I believe I have strong communication skills to explain and transfer information clearly and effectively to my students to help them improve their grades at school. Maths requires not only to remember the formulas but also to think logically. Sometimes,students can find it hard to apply the theories that they have learned from textbooks to the questions. I just finished my A-level one year ago; therefore, I remember the contents that I have learned as well as the tips and methods that I used and I am willing to share them with my students to help them solve their problems in Maths. I used to find Chemistry very hard when I was at A-level, but in the end, I got an A in this subject, so I believe I have got for myself many top tips to come over the difficulties in Chemistry. I am also a Pharmacy student from one of the top universities in the world; hence, I believe I can understand my students' mental health and help them to get the grades that they want without feeling stressed or under pressure.
