I recently graduated from Cambridge with a 2:1 in Natural Sciences and would love to share my passion for learning with others by supporting students to achieve their full potential. During my time as a UCAS tutor and volunter water polo coach, I was able to clearly explain advanced scientific concepts by adjusting my teaching methods to suit the unique learning style of each student and applied my TEFL qualification to support english second language students. Having been elected as the Welfare Officer for the Cambridge University water polo team, I emphasise the importance of mental health and aim to promote the emotional wellbeing of all my students. My pet labrador Goldie may also make occasional drop-ins in the background of tutoring sessions to provide a little well-needed dopamine. :)
