I am an experienced and dedicated education professional with a passion for functional literacy and enabling all learners to achieve their potential. A qualified teacher since 2003, I have taught in various educational establishments and worked with learners of all abilities, from KS2 to post graduates. I have ATS with the British Dyslexia Association and recently completed a MA in SEN, focusing on dyslexia and ADHD. Most recently, I have experience of delivering the reformed English GCSEs with Edexcel but am happy to teach to the specifications of other exam boards, as well as delivering generic study skills or KS2/3 English support. My approach to teaching is is to ensure that my students feel relaxed and comfortable enough to be open about their specific needs and that lessons are tailored to the individual's level of ability, goals and interests.

I am currently available from 5pm to 7pm Mon- Thur and 10 am to 12pm Sat/Sun.
