Patient and encouraging maths tutor hoping to help you grow into a budding mathematician!

(Second-year undergraduate studying Mathematics. Achieved A* for both A-Level and GCSE Mathematics.) As most of my life has revolved around maths, it is only natural that I would like to use my passion and knowledge to help others. Maths can definitely be a difficult subject to study and it can be daunting having to study independently so having extra support will make a world of a difference. As a student myself, I know how it feels to be a bit lost! We will work together to build your confidence and a firm understanding of maths to help you reach your full potential! I want to encourage and motivate you to succeed and reach beyond your goals. Hopefully, you will grow to enjoy maths more than you did when you started off, even if it’s just by a little bit.

It’s important that I engage and constantly check in with my student and I don't move on without making sure they are happy and on the same page. I am able to identify your weak points quickly and work with you to strengthen your mathematical foundations. I always follow up after lessons to provide my student with lots of constructive feedback and an abundance of useful resources. Throughout my time as a tutor, every student has left my lessons with a smile, feeling more confident with the topic at hand! Overall, I have held ~150+ tutorials. Whether it be through an integrated interactive whiteboard, , or in-person, I am very comfortable with delivering an insightful and engaging lesson.
